We are open for preventive health care services from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and on Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. No appointment is needed to access our primary care and urgent care services.

Priority Care, Inc. offers primary care services for all of your medical needs, including routine care like physicals, assessments, and treatment of illnesses. Primary care focuses on but not limited to health promotion, health maintenance, preventive care, patient education, and chronic care management such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and thyroid disease. We also offer weight loss management.
Priority Care, Inc. also offers urgent care services that can treat injuries and urgent medical needs such as fever, sore throat, rash, pain, and other acute illnesses. We offer on site x-ray, lab, and IV therapy for your convenience.
Priority Care, Inc. has Certified DOT Medical Examiners to perform DOT physicals. We also offer drug screens and except workers compensation cases.
Leland S. Duddelston, MD
Board Certified in Ambulatory Medicine, Dr. Duddelston specializes in preventive health care and offers comprehensive primary care services. He is also a Certified Medical Review Officer and a Certified DOT Medical Examiner.
